Please note that a 50% deposit confirms accommodation and retreat. Therapies and health session appointments are only confirmed if paid on invoicing. Due to the exclusive nature of our individualised retreats, all retreat bookings must be paid in full a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.

Deposits are payable within 24 hrs of receipt of this invoice. Failure to inform us of the deposit payment within this time may result in a double booking (due to live online availability). It is therefore critical for you to email your POP for your booking, whether it is for a retreat, accommodation only or for a therapy of any kind. Your booking may be transferred or refunded less a R150 admin fee, should this occur.

Once a booking is confirmed, our policy for cancellations prior to arrival is as follows: Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of booking; 8-14 days, forfeit 75% of booking; 15-21 days, forfeit 50% of booking; 22 or more days, forfeit 25% of booking. Bookings are only transferable if requested 21 days or more prior to arrival. No deposit is refundable in full. Health sessions not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged for in full.
