Co-founder and cook extraordinaire, Sharon Peddie grows, sources and prepares all the nutritious plant based meals. Guests staying at high Hopes to visit the village of Greyton are treated to delicious vegetarian breakfasts. Guests joining us for retreats are kinesiology tested upon arrival – by retreat founder, Ange Craig (counselling psychologist and kinesiologist- to establish your unique nutritional needs. Sharon will base your meal plan upon theses results, creating a personalised diet and cooked to your personal ingredients list of top most healing foods.

Substantial veggie and fruit juices and nourishing smoothies are also prepared according to your dietary requirements.
